The Workprint Demo is available to download – it uses most of the RTP/SDK so you just need to have a full RMXP to use it. I'm sure there are lots of things that I missed. Please pm me crit/advice etc and I'll add you to the alpha testers list. Be sure to check the blog for updates.

    • Oh I see. I think that's fine. Many people tell me my game story is like FF but I haven't ever played it lol anyway there is only a little chance for your game to be like Dark Souls 2, So don't worry about that 🙂 My only suggestion is to put a lot of effort on gameplay because if players enjoy it, They won't care about anything else that much

    • 'Ello. Usually I would unpublish a page that is this unfinished. Can you please add some screenshots a cover image for the page? Since you got a demo it shouldn't be too hard to get some screenies up 🙂 Also why is the .exe in the .zip named Stu'd bday? I downloaded it but haven't had an RM installed on my computer for a couple years, lol.

    Breaking Cliches

    By Marked,

If I was to say that this is the first game in the series, if I even end up finishing this game. I would say that it is taking a stance away from all the jrpgs that I love and hold dear which is both very sad and very hard. Destined heroes, powerful crystals, the war of magic, the son of the hero, revival of a god. Before moving onto the corner stones of the game itself I had to think about what the story meant as a stand alone story. With no game elements.  If someone told me about my game by word of mouth would it be interesting or would it be a regurgitation. After spending some time on chat with a few other creators the answer struck me harder than adamantium hammers. Good itself is cliche. The reason why devil may cry and many other antihero titles […]

    Back Bone is done!

    By Marked,

I've been an RMXP fan since it came out I mean damn, I was on RM2k3 which was revolutionary back in the day. So the jump to front ways(? lol) battle types was scary but accepted. I left most if not all of the standard dev kit in there so tilesets, charactes, battles etc. I focused more on porting in the Refine System, the Quests and dialogue/story. I'm not lazy it's just been a lot of work moving from the paper drafts to actually putting in the non script mechanism and make logic gates using the conditional events. Anyway.  Am looking for other people to work on this. Its mostly just a fun project but the story is something that I've wanted to put into action for the better part of a decade. Looking for story writers to build the universe and the lore. Need writers to help with all […]
