Crotania

  • Storyline

A game of playing cards have infiltrated the hearts of kids, teens and young adults. A game where people battle other people in tournaments or just for fun in order to become the master of card games! But there will always be those who will cheat their way up to the top ranks and its up to you to stop them. Do you have what it takes to be the best at Crotania?

    Rules of the Game

    Before You Play

    – A single deck must hold 60 cards; 20 monster cards, 20 equip cards and 20 special cards.

    – Each deck can only have 4 copies of a single card.

    – If a player gets caught with less than 60 cards or more in their deck, they are disqualified.

    – If a player has, for example; 20 monster cards, 10 equip cards, and 30 special cards then they are automatically disqualified! Only 20 of each card type can be present in a single deck.

    How To Play

    – Each player starts out by drawing 7 cards from there deck. A coin then gets flipped and who ever calls it goes first! the player who goes first must draw a card and put it in their hand and select a monster and put it into play. Only three monsters can be put into play and only 1 per turn(Note that if you don't start out with a single monster card from your draw, you have up to 5 turns to draw one out or its an automatic disqualification.) Now that you have put a monster into play, you can now attach an equip card or a special card to a single monster and can do so as many times as you want in a single turn. However; you cannot set more than 1 of each to a single monster. When you are finished with your turn, it becomes the other person's turn. Let's say the other person calls an attack. However many DP(Damage points) your opponent inflicts on you, let's say for example your opponent inflicts 10 DP onto your monster, then you put that amount of damage counters on your monster. When there is nothing more your opponent can do, then it's your turn and goes in a circular pattern.

    How To Win

Now some of you maybe asking, "Ok, so I just attack my opponent's monster then end my turn and repeat the whole process again, but how do I win?" Well I'll tell you how. The goal to this game is to reach the designated amount of points (which is 5000) before your opponent does. To earn points, you must defeat your opponent's monsters and by doing so will add to your points total. Now some of you may also be wondering, "How do I determine the amount of points I get from defeating a monster?" Well, the points you earn from defeating your opponent's monster are determined by your opponent's monster's HP. Now this is not the only way to win a battle! If your opponent uses up all of his cards in his entire deck or if your opponent surrenders or even if your opponent gets disqualified, then you win.
