THE HISTORY OF THE PROJECT
The project itself was started in 2009 when myself (nick name: Phantom) and a few friends I met on some online forums thought it would be a cool idea to get the RPG Maker XP program and pool our knowledge and love of RPGs together to create our own RPG. One of the things that each of of had in common was a interest in a common RPG element (not so much nowadays though) which was the World Tree of Norse Mythology commonly known as Yggdrasil. Originally because of that the project's name was simply "Origin of Yggdrasil." Later on because of one of those games that featured the world tree that we all loved called "Tales of Phantasia" and because of our focal point and the alternate universes or worlds of the world tree we decided to name the project with it's current name.

Due to our individual personal lives and the fact that each of us lived no where near each other (Completely different countries for most of us) we decided we didn't have enough time to keep up with our game and in March 2013 the project was put on ice indefinitely. It wasn't until November of that same year that I (Zachary Brooks and the only one still working on the project) decided to keep the project going on my own merit.

CURRENT STATUS
At this moment in time about 95% of the database is complete including 144 Weapons, 132 Pieces of Armor, 40 Consumable Items, 430 Enemies, 110 Player Skills, and 70 Monster Skills. The Story-line is about 70% complete, and overall the game is about 20% completed.

The next order of business is finishing skills and enemies in the database and working on a few bugs in the mapping.
