The fact that people who don't eat meat and animal products need special supplements to even survive shows how good it is. When especially men start doing it their protein and testosterone levels drops even more making them even bigger sissies, and then you get something like Caitlyn Jenner. Get a life and become something different." honestly sounds like those teenage inspirationals you see. They're meaningless and often also make me cringe lol. Just stop overthinking it, really, the worst thing you can do is accept another persons opinion as a fact without judging objectively by yourself. The lack of objectively judging facts is the root cause of all issues currently in western society. that is, by the way, some great "friend" you got there. You should also remember that women lack a sense of loyalty and a big part of honesty, they literally don't have that as it a genetic male thing. It can be forced uponwomen by a male society so they can artificially have it but that's obviously not happening anymore. Just remember what I said about not taking anyones opinion as a fact and looking for yourself what is objectively right and wrong. Something can't be both right and wrong, that's impossible, and what's wrong is that people seem to think their feelings can affect what is right and wrong. But if you use your feelings to judge stuff like this you will end up being a very irrational person. I think I'm taking this too far now, so I'll stop here.

I agree with properly balanced demos having a nice chance to reduce the amount of pirates by a lot. I think the main problem with most demos nowadays is that it's 1. too large a filesize. 2. takes away statisfaction in such a sense that you don't really want to play the original one anymore a cliffhanger takes care of the second one and the first one can be done by some smart cutting.

I think one of the problems is the slight inactivity of these forums. The concept of it is really nice, but generally game developers will be looking for big active communities and will be put off by smaller ones. Just an insane suggestion: How about some PR and ads to really advertise this website to a lot of people. But in order to try and keep a lot more of them and actually have them become active instead of leaving straight away; what if regulars came together, made a whole bunch of new unique accounts and make it seem like a really active place right before all the advertising, to give the incentive to the new people to do the same? like seriously or is it too crazy? A note unrelated to my first suggestion: Would it be better to make the forums a lot more readable? Such as making the forum descriptions shorter and reduce the amount of subforums? There are like 8 subforums for the XP section right now, that's way too many. You could put the second tutorial section in a topic pinned to the original one for example. An additional one is very confusing. Nowadays people don't settle for anything else but the easiest and laziest way. Would probably also be a good idea to purge and merge some forums here and there. A lot of them aren't too active and they're way too spread right now, keeping it in a smaller amount of forums would probably do better.

Haha yes the more I look at it the more weird it starts to look. Guess I gotta pick up pixel art quickly somehow lol because I don't think there's any generator/charset out there which will truly fit it.

Thank you for the generator and file name! This is what it ended up looking like. Which one do you think is better? ( I have a bad eye for stuff like this :< ) I think objectively looking all of the RPG maker sprites will not blend in too well as they are not really meant for this kind of map. There's something off about them, I wish it as just pin-pointable what exactly it is :( @Omar thank you^^. I got really lucky to get that tint right in one try lol. Nothing else I tried looked quite as fine.

Hey, so I've just made a new map through photoshop. It's my first time making a map like this so I require some feedback on this ^^ There are mainly two things I want to know: 1. Does the sprite kinda fit the map? I tried many sort of sprites but I eventually fell back on using the RTP enlarged a lot + some black outlinings. Anything I could do to improve? 2. Notice the shadow of the tree on the building. I know that normally this shadow would be kinda distorted because it switches from ground to building. How would I go about displaying this distortion? Anyone an idea?

It's sad to see you stop with the website. But I had already told you not to make this website fully about RPG maker ^^ RPG maker is just completely dead, I would even call it abandonware. VX ace brought almost nothing new. Perhaps you shouldve kept RMU for the RM lovers, and made GDU on a new domain for people who are here for.. non RM. Oh well, I don't really think you will change your mind. It is also a bit too late. Good luck in the future I would say!
