Unwalkable Tiles

Question

Every once in a while when I do some mapping, there will be a few tiles that I simply cannot walk on. The floor tiles are all the same and are on layer one, and the higher layers are all empty, yet I cannot go on some tiles. It stops me from moving, as if there was an invisible barrier in the way. Is this simply a (rather irritating) program bug, or am I doing something wrong when I map? I've tried every possible troubleshooting method that I am aware of, but I cannot come up with a solution. Any ideas? I have one such map that I can take a video of of you need to see what I'm talking about.

Make sure that all empty space, even if using layer 2 or 3, has the blank tile in the upper left of the tile selector window. That's basically the erase tool and should always be used like that since your game will treat it differently than any other blank tile. Sometimes it glitches out or even if you're 100% sure you never used any other tiles for erasing that could still be the case. Use the box tool to make sure you get everything.

Are there any events on the tile, because an event on a tile will prevent movement if you haven't set it's settings to something along the lines of passable.
